Support the TWHS Cheer Program - A Key to Our Success!
We’ve got spirit, how about YOU?! The TWHS Cheerleaders Parent Club, along with our cheerleaders and mascots, are reaching out to our community for support in achieving our financial goals and enhancing the overall experience for all students involved in the TWHS cheer program. The success of this program depends heavily on the generosity of our donors, and we need your help to continue making a positive impact on our students and school.
CPC FUNDRAISING GOAL: $42,500K
INDIVIDUAL CHEERLEADER GOAL: TWHS Cheer has set a goal of raising a minimum of $500 per team member through sponsorships.
How Does Securing a Sponsor Help Our Program?
Sponsorship will go a long way in supporting the following:
Program Expenses: Summer camp, pep rally expenses, administration fees, and more.
Senior Scholarship Fund: Supporting graduating seniors as they pursue their next chapter.

2026 TWHS Cheer Commitment List—SIGN UP GENIUS—This list shows cheerleaders who secured sponsors last year and have the first right to claim them. DO NOT sign up for these spots unless your name is listed. Families have TWO WEEKS to confirm their sponsors. After June 2nd, any unconfirmed sponsors will be released and available to the first person to sign up.
2026 TWHS Cheer Potential Sponsors—SIGN UP GENIUS—This list is open to all cheerleaders and contains potential sponsors. Each family may claim up to 3 sponsors to start.
Q: What if I would like to contact a sponsor NOT on the list?
A: Great! We welcome new sponsors! Please email the Sponsorship team at TWHS Cheer and we will add the sponsor to our lists.

TWO EASY WAYS TO SUBMIT A SPONSORSHIP:
Report to the Sponsorship Committee. All cheerleaders are encouraged to work toward the team’s sponsorship goal. When a sponsor signs up for or declines sponsorship, please email the sponsorship committee to report this information.

This packet is designed to be taken directly to community businesses or attached in an email. The cheerleaders and mascots are allowed to wear their uniforms while soliciting businesses. All uniform rules and etiquette still apply.
June 2nd—Deadline to claim a sponsor on the SIGN UP GENIUS lists. The COMMITTED list with past cheerleaders that have NOT claimed their sponsor by this date will be released for the rest of the parent club to claim.
July 31st—Deadline for all Sponsors to be included in the Varsity Football Program, printed on all banners, t-shirts, and social media graphics created please report all sponsors to the Sponsorship Committee no later than July 24th.
DEADLINES
Cheerleaders who secure Platinum, Diamond, and Gold sponsors will be invited to a photo shoot before the game to create graphics for social media.
