Varsity Head Coach
Jaclyn Scott
Coach Jaclyn Scott is bringing 13 years of coaching experience, including 11 years at the varsity level. Originally from Georgia, she relocated to Texas last school year and is excited to lead the Highlander Cheer program.
As a former cheerleader at every level, Coach Scott believes in hands-on coaching and leading by example. She is passionate about developing strong fundamentals, confident leaders, and a positive team culture built on hard work, discipline, unity, and school spirit. Coach Scott looks forward to building on the proud tradition of Highlander Cheer while helping every athlete reach their full potential.

Lillie Hoover
Once a Highlander, always a Highlander! After recently retiring from a fulfilling career in education, Coach Hoover is thrilled to return home to the TWHS Cheer Program. Having lived in The Woodlands for over 30 years, her roots run deep in this community. When she is not coaching or spending time with friends, you can find he playing pickleball, enjoying mahjong, or serving at church with her husband. They are also the proud parents of our son John and daughter-in-law Caroline, who reside in Ohio.

Freshman Coach
Donna Roberts
Her entire teaching career has been with CISD. She is in her 23rd year, and 19 of those years I have been coaching cheer. She was born and raised in Southeast Texas, and has lived in The Woodlands since 1989. She has three grown sons that grew up here, attended TWHS, played sports, were active in several school organizations, and ultimately graduated as Highlanders. Though a dancer in high school and college, she have a passion for cheer. She feels so extremely fortunate to teach and coach at TWHS, along with the other outstanding cheer coaches!
